Our IT Department is available to assist with getting you ready for Term 1 2022.

The IT Office is open daily from 8.30am to 3.30pm, and is located on the ground floor of the Tony Stopher Library & Information Centre (quadrangle entry). Please call 9403 1383 before visiting, as some queries can be resolved over the phone. Alternatively, email it@stmarks.wa.edu.au with your questions.

New students and/or students with new devices

Instructions on how to get your device ready for Orientation Day are available here. On Orientation Day, students will be provided further support in setting up everything they will need for learning.

Current students

During the holidays, please check your BYO device for any hardware or software issues (e.g. keyboard, screen, Office365 etc.). If there are issues with your device, and if it was purchased through the School HP portal, we encourage you to bring it to the Help Desk before classes resume in 2022 to ensure a hassle-free start to the year. Subject to availability of parts, repair may take up to 10 working days. You also have the option to contact HP Support Centre directly on 13 10 47.
